Refund policy
Sometimes things happen and we change our minds. It's OK, You can return or exchange items as long as it is within 30 days of receiving products and items are unused (seal hasn't been broken ) and in original packaging.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed once it has been received at our store. After your return is received and inspected, our customer service department will email you once your credit is ready to be issued.
*Note: Returned or exchanged products will be inspected by our returns department to ensure products haven't been altered, damaged or tampered with. All returned items are subject to 25% processing fee. Doesn't apply to exchanged items.
Return Shipping
In the event that we make an error, return shipping will be covered for merchandise and damaged products.
Final Sale Products
For sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept returns for the following products:
- Nails: Nail Polish, Tweezers, Nippers, Clippers, and all other implements
- Hair: Brushes, Razors, Shears, and Hair Color Accessories
- Skin: Makeup, Make-up Brushes, Eyelashes, Beauty Implements, and Hair Removal Accessories

Hair Journeys Beauty Full Service Salon cultivates relationships with our brands and vendors, therefore we stand behind our products and assure you that they are authentic and we are obtaining them through a reliable source.
Fraud Policy
To prevent fraud, frequent return requests are subject to review by the manager. We reserve the right to deny refunds for any suspicious activity.
